Shannon Hudek

I played volleyball and ran track in high school (Farmington High School). I was a middle hitter back then... Oh the memories! While in high school, I played J.O. in the off season as well as regular season, so I'm familiar with the league and how it all works. I went to college at Winona State University and graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor's in Mass Communication and a Marketing minor. I played on an intramural volleyball league throughout my college years, and have been playing on Minneapolis leagues for the past few years in the evenings. I am an IT Project Manager at Capella University in Minneapolis, and have been working there since April of 2003. 

I'm a big fan of skiing (downhill), and an avid runner as of late. I just ran the Twin Cities marathon this year for the first time, and plan on running Grandma's marathon in June 2007. Traveling is another one of my favorite things, and I try to visit at least three new places every year, although some years my new places are a stretch, haha. Basically, I love staying busy and trying new things... Next I will conquer scuba and skydiving! I'm looking forward to coaching this winter and am excited to meet everyone!
